地铁是现阶段城市发展中不可或缺的交通基础设施。在人类文明发展中,城市建设规模逐渐扩大及人口数量快速增长,导致可用土地资源逐年减少,为提高土地资源利用率,保证城市交通的正常运行,就应充分利用地下空间建设地铁设施,减轻路面交通压力。因此,完善地铁施工安全管理,一方面有利于确保工程施工的有序进行;另一方面也有利于保障群众的人身及财产安全。本文从地铁施工的特点出发,在对地铁施工安全管理的重要性进行论述的基础上,就影响城市地铁工程安全施工的因素及有效的管理措施进行说明,为城市地铁施工安全管理提供参考。

Subway is an indispensable transportation infrastructure in urban development at the present stage. In the development of human civilization, the urban construction scale and population increase signifcantly, and the available land resources decrease year by year. In order to improve the utilization rate of land resources and to ensure the normal operation of urban trafc, we should make full use of underground space to build subway facilities and reduce the pressure of road trafc. Therefore, on one hand, improving the subway construction safety management is conducive to ensure the orderly construction of the project, and on the other hand, it can also actively safeguard the personal and property safety of the people.Starting from the characteristics of subway construction, this paper discusses the importance of subway construction safety management,and explains the factors that affect the safety of urban subway engineering construction and its effective management measu res, which provides a reference for urban subway construction safety management.
