摘要
采空区稳定性评价及处治方案直接影响高速公路的投资和营运安全。本文首先从采空区勘察方案出发,重点明确采空区分布和分类情况,为采空区稳定性评价提供依据。然后对采空区稳定性评价进行了介绍,针对采空区的特殊性和复杂性,结合具体的高速公路工点,采用地表移动变形预计法进行综合分析,计算出地表剩余移动变形值,评价采空区场地稳定性,为采空区处治方案的确定及处治设计提供可靠的基础依据。最后对采空区的处治方案进行了详细说明,主要包括保护煤柱留设、处治方法、处治范围、注浆孔设计、注浆工作量、浆液配比及处治监测等。本文为类似项目在进行采空区处治设计方案时提供借鉴。
The stability evaluation and treatment plan of goaf directly affect the investment and operation safety of expressway.In this paper, based on the goaf survey scheme, the distribution and classifcation of goaf are emphasized to provide a basis for the stability evaluation of goaf. Then the evaluation on the stability of mined-out area is introduced. In view of the particularity and complexity of mined-out area, combined with the concrete highway worksite, the paper adopts surface movement deformation forecast method to make a comprehensive analysis, calculates the deformation of ground surface residual values, and evaluates the stability of goaf area. It provides reliable basis for the determination of goaf treatment plan and treatment design. Finally, the treatment plan of goaf is described in detail, including setting protective coal pillar, treatment method, scope of treatment, grouting hole design,grouting quantity, ratio of slurry and treatment monitoring, and so on. This paper can be used as a reference for similar projects in goaf treatment design.
