摘要
小口径锁扣管幕其实也是管棚结构的进一步提升和加强,小口径锁扣管幕工法把多根钢管利用锁扣结构咬合在一起,从而在隧道开挖线外形成比较稳定的支护结构。实践表明其支护强度能满足下穿重要建筑物的沉降要求,并且小口径管幕还有地层扰动小、整体造价低等优势。本文以深圳地铁10号线孖岭站A出口过北环大道暗挖隧道为例,详细介绍了小口径锁扣管幕施工的原理、方法、特点及重难点。结果表明:该工法在施工过程中可以很好地控制地表沉降,提高暗挖隧道的施工质量。
The small-diameter lock pipe curtain is also the further promotion and strengthening of the pipe shed structure. By using the lock structure, a relatively stable supporting structure is formed outside the tunnel excavation line. The practice shows that the supporting strength can meet the settlement requirements of the important structures, and the small-diameter pipe curtain has the advantages of small stratum disturbance and low overall cost. In this paper, the principle, method, characteristics and difficulties of the construction of small-diameter lock pipe curtain are introduced in detail by taking the underground tunnel at Exit A of Maling Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 10 as an example. The results show that this method can control the surface settlement well and improve the construction quality of underground tunnels.
