补肾通络汤结合针灸治疗瘀血型腰痛40例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Bushen Tongluo Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of 40 Cases of Blood Stasis Type Lumbago

目的观察补肾通络汤结合针灸治疗瘀血型腰痛的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月北部战区总医院收治的瘀血型腰痛的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予非甾体消炎药吲哚美辛治疗,观察组给予补肾通络汤结合针灸进行治疗,对两组患者治疗前后疼痛的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、腰痛日本骨科协会(JOA)生活质量评分、安全性分别进行评估,依据JOA评分和症状的的改善情况进行临床疗效评价。结果治疗前,两组的VAS评分、JOA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,两组的VAS评分、JOA评分均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未发生不良反应。结论补肾通络汤结合针灸治疗瘀血型腰痛临床效果显著,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Tongluo Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis type lumbago.Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to General Hospital of Northern Theater Command with blood stasis lumbago from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug indomethacin,and the observation group was treated with Bushentongluo Decoction combined with acupuncture.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA)score and safety of low back pain quality of life were evaluated before and after treatment between two groups.Clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the improvement of JOA score and symptoms in two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS score and JOA score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,VAS score and JOA score in both groups were improved compared with before treatment,and the improvement degree in observation group was significantly greater than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Tongluo Decoction combined with acupuncture has significant clinical effect on blood stasis type lumbago.
