麝香保心丸治疗老年稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

Effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on Senile Stable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨麝香保心丸治疗老年稳定型心绞痛(stable angina pectoris,SAP)的疗效。方法选择2020年1—12月盘锦市中医医院收治的老年SAP患者80例,随机分为西药组和联合组各40例。西药组接受常规西药治疗,联合组在其基础上加用麝香保心丸,两组均治疗3个月。比较两组患者临床症状、心功能和血黏度改善情况。结果治疗后,联合组患者心绞痛发作持续时间、发作频率和证候评分均低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心输出量和左室射血分数高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆黏度、全血高切黏度和全血低切黏度低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸治疗老年SAP,可以进一步改善临床症状,提高心功能且降低血黏度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shexiang Baoxin Pill in the treatment of senile stable angina pectoris(SAP).Methods A total of 80 elderly SAP patients treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Panjin from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into western medicine group and combined group.The western medicine group received routine western medicine treatment,and the combined group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill on the basis of it.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The improvement of clinical symptoms,cardiac function and blood viscosity were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the duration,frequency and syndrome score of angina pectoris in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Cardiac output and left ventricular ejection fraction in combined group were significantly higher than those in western medicine group(P<0.05).Plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity in combined group were significantly lower than those in western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill can further improve clinical symptoms,improve cardiac function and reduce blood viscosity in the treatment of elderly SAP,which is worthy of clinical application.
