养心汤在急性心肌梗死患者介入治疗术后调理中的应用

Application of Yangxin Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after Interventional Therapy

目的探讨养心汤用于急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者介入治疗后的辅助调理作用。方法选择盘锦市中医医院2020年1—12月收治的接受介入治疗的AMI患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组介入治疗后采用常规西药治疗方案,对照组在其基础上加用养心汤,比较两组患者治疗1个月后的心肌标志物、血液循环和炎性因子指标。结果治疗1个月后,观察组患者乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶和谷草转氨酶水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血浆黏度、高切血黏度、低切血黏度和微循环抵抗指数水平低于对照组,而冠脉血流储备参数水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组高敏C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α和白介素-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养心汤用于AMI介入治疗后的调理,可以有效促进心肌损伤恢复,提高冠脉血功能储备,并且缓解机体炎症反应。

Objective To explore the auxiliary conditioning effect of Yangxin Decoction after interventional therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 70 patients with AMI underwent interventional therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Panjin from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine after interventional therapy,and the observation group adopted Yangxin Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine.Myocardial markers,blood circulation and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups after one month of treatment.Results After one month of treatment,the levels of lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase,creatine kinase isozyme and aspartate aminotransferase in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of plasma viscosity,high shear blood viscosity,low shear blood viscosity and index of microcirculation resistance in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the level of coronary flow reserve parameters was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxin Decoction can effectively promote the recovery of myocardial injury,improve the functional reserve of coronary blood,and alleviate the inflammatory response of the body.
