摘要
伊犁新天煤化工公司20亿Nm3/a天然气项目,运行中出现污水处理产水指标COD和浊度高的情况,造成生化回用水装置的超滤、反渗透膜严重污染被堵,膜的化学清洗工作量大量增加。导致污水回用水装置一直高负荷运行,外送回用水水质超标的情况。为了降低污水处理装置出水指标、保证生化回用水的进水指标、延长膜的使用寿命、改善生化回用水水质、同时降低回用水装置生产负荷,确保水处理系统安全稳定运行。公司经过市场调研将现有活性焦过滤吸附技术改造为浸没式超滤装置,以减轻污水回用水装置生产压力,进一步改善循环水、生产水水质,从而更好地维持系统的安全稳定运行。
The high COD and turbidity of treatment wastewater occurred during the operation of Xintian Coal Chemical 2 billion Nm3/a natural gas project,which causes serious fouling of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis membrane in the bio-chemical water reuse plant,and the workload of chemical cleaning of membrane has increased greatly.Resulting in high load operation of wastewater reuse device and the quality of returned water exceeding the standard.In order to reduce the effluent index of the wastewater treatment plant,ensure the inflow index of the bio-chemical reuse water,prolong the service life of the membrane,improve the quality of the bio-chemical reuse water,and reduce the production load of bio-chemical reuse water plant,ensure the safe and stable operation of water treatment system,trough market research,the company has transformed the existing activated coke filtration and adsorption technology into a submerged unltrafiltration device.The production pressure of the wastewater reuse water device is reduced,the quality of the circulation water and the production water is further improved,and the system maintains the better safe and stale operation.
