目的评估美国人群中日常摄入不同酒类与过敏症状和过敏原致敏之间的关系。方法选取美国国家健康与营养调查(national health and nutrition examination survey, NHANES)2005~2006年对过敏、饮酒和模型协变量有完整信息的1752例数据进行逻辑回归分析,以确定饮酒与过敏症状和过敏原致敏之间的关联。结果在NHANES受试者中,每周至少饮用5次啤酒者过敏症状的几率是每月饮用1~3次啤酒者的1.8倍(OR=1.752,95%CI:1.014~3.027)。控制了潜在的混杂因素后,每周至少饮用5次啤酒者出现致敏的几率是每月仅饮用1~3次啤酒者的2.4倍(OR=2.414,95%CI:1.223~4.766)。而饮用白酒和葡萄酒和过敏症状和过敏原致敏之间无明显关联。结论本研究表明饮酒与过敏反应的发生和过敏原致敏之间存在联系。过多摄入啤酒增加过敏风险,而葡萄酒和白酒的摄入与过敏反应和致敏之间未见明显关联。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between daily consumption of various alcoholic beverages and allergic symptoms or allergic sensitization in the United States. Methods The national health and nutrition examination surveys(NHANES) from 2005 to 2006 included 1752 data with complete information of allergy, alcohol consumption and model covariates were analyzed by Logistic regression, which could determine the correlation between alcohol consumption and allergic symptoms or allergic sensitization. Results In NHANES subjects, those who drank beer at least 5 times a week were 1.8 times more likely to have allergic symptoms than those who drank beer 1-3 times a month(OR=1.752, 95% CI: 1.014-3.027). After controlling for potential confounders, those who drank beer at least 5 times a week were 2.4 times more likely to develop sensitization than those who drank beer only 1-3 times a month(OR=2.414, 95% CI: 1.223-4.766). There was no significant correlation between alcohol and wine consumption and allergic symptoms or allergen sensitization. Conclusion This study shows an association between alcohol consumption and allergic symptoms or allergic sensitization. Excessive intake of beer is positively associated with the occurrence of anaphylaxis, whereas intake of wine and liquor is not significantly associated with allergic symptoms and allergic sensitization.
