热毒宁注射液联合重组人干扰素α1b治疗小儿手足口病的临床研究

Clinical study on Reduning Injection combined with recombinant human interferon α1b in treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children

目的探究热毒宁注射液联合重组人干扰素α1b注射液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法选择2019年12月—2021年1月在新郑市中医院就诊治疗的102例手足口病患儿,按照入院先后顺序将所有患儿分为对照组和治疗组,每组各51例。对照组皮下注射重组人干扰素α1b注射液,10μg/次,1次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上静脉滴注热毒宁注射液,6~10 mL/次,加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 mL中,1次/d。两组患儿均连续治疗10 d。观察两组患儿的临床疗效,比较两组患儿的临床症状缓解时间、炎性因子和血清因子水平。结果治疗后,治疗组患儿的总有效率(94.11%)高于对照组(78.43%),组间比较有差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患儿的溃疡消退时间、皮疹消退时间、退热时间、口腔黏膜充血消退时间均短于对照组,组间比较有差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平与同组治疗前比较均显著降低,同组比较有差异(P<0.05);并且治疗组患儿的IFN-γ、hsCRP、TNF-α水平较对照组降低明显,组间比较有差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(c TnI)水平显著降低,同组比较有差异(P<0.05);并且治疗组患儿CK-MB、c TnI水平明显低于对照组,组间比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液联合重组人干扰素α1b注射液治疗小儿手足口病具有较好的临床疗效,可缓解患儿临床症状,改善血清炎性因子和血清因子水平,有一定临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Reduning Injection combined with Recombinant Human Interferon α1 b Injection in treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children. Methods Children(102 cases) with hand-foot-and-mouth disease in Xinzheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 51 cases. Children in the control group were sc administered with Recombinant Human Interferon α1 b Injection, 6 — 10 μg/time, once daily. Children in the treatment group were iv administered with Reduning Injection on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time added into 0.9% sodium chloride injection 100 mL, once daily. Children in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the remission time of clinical symptoms, the levels of inflammatory factors and serum cytokines in two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of children in the treatment group(94.11%) was higher than that in the control group(78.43%), and there was a difference between the groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the ulcer recovery time, rash regression time, antipyretic time, and oral mucosal congestion recovery time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IFN-γ, hs-CRP, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group before treatment(P < 0.05), and the levels of IFN-γ, hs-CRP, and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of CK-MB and cTnI in two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05), and the levels of CK-MB and cTnI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there was a difference between the groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Reduning Injection combined with Recombinant Human Interferon α1 b Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of hand-footand-mouth disease in children, can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children and improve the levels of serum inflammatory factors and serum factors, which has a certain clinical value.
