康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗对胃早癌术后患者症状改善及创面愈合的影响研究

Effects of Kangfuxin solution combined with omeprazole on symptoms improvement and wound healing in patients after early gastric cancer surgery

目的探究康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗对胃早癌术后患者症状改善及创面愈合的影响。方法选取我院2019年3月至2020年3月收治50例胃早癌术后患者,按抓阄法随机分为甲、乙两组,分别为24例、26例。甲组给予奥美拉唑治疗,乙组给予康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗,两组均治疗14d后,比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、再生黏膜组织学成熟度、血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平、创面愈合时间及住院时间。结果术后第14d,两组患者腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、恶心、反酸等症状评分较术后第1d降低,且乙组优于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗14d后,乙组患者手术周围胃黏膜组织中胶原纤维沉积面积、I型/III型胶原蛋白比值、羟脯氨酸含量均高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1d两组患者VEGF水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后14d乙组VEGF水平高于甲组;且乙组创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃早癌术后患者给予康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗可有效改善临床症状、促进再生黏膜组织学成熟及创面愈合,对促进术后恢复有重要意义。

Objective To explore the effects of Kangfuxin solution combined with omeprazole on symptoms improvement and wound healing in patients after early gastric cancer surgery.Methods Fifty patients after early gastric cancer surgery who were admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into group A(24 cases)and group B(26 cases)by lottery method.Group A was treated with omeprazole, while group B was treated with Kangfuxin solution and omeprazole.After 14 d of treatment, the improvement of clinical symptoms, histological maturity of regenerated mucosa, level of serum vascular endothelium growth factor(VEGF),wound healing time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups. Results At 14 d after surgery, scores of symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, belching, nausea and acid reflux were significantly lower than those at 1 d after surgery in both groups(P<0.05),which were better in group B than group A(P<0.05).After 14 d of treatment, deposition area of collagen fiber, ratio of type I/III collagen and content of hydroxyproline in gastric mucosa tissue around surgery in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).At 1 d after surgery, there was no significant difference in VEGF level between the two groups(P>0.05).At 14 d after surgery, VEGF level in group B was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05),wound healing time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Kangfuxin solution combined with omeprazole in patients after early gastric cancer surgery can effectively improve clinical symptoms, promote histological maturity of regenerated mucosa and wound healing, which is of great significance for promoting postoperative recovery.
