布地奈德混悬液联合硫酸特布他林雾化液氧气雾化在小儿百日咳中效果

Effect of budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with terbutaline sulphate solution for nebulization oxygen atomization in children with whooping cough

目的探讨布地奈德混悬液联合硫酸特布他林雾化液氧气雾化在小儿百日咳中的效果和安全性。方法选取我院2019年3月-2020年5月收治的98例百日咳患儿作为研究对象,随机数字表法均分为试验组(n=49)和对照组(n=49)。对照组给予布地奈德混悬液氧气雾化吸入治疗,试验组在对照组基础上再给予硫酸特布他林氧气雾化吸入治疗,两组均治疗1周。比较两组临床疗效、肺部啰音消失时间、痉咳缓解时间、住院时间、治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1周后,试验组的总有效率(95.92%)高于对照组总有效率(81.63%)(P<0.05);试验组肺部啰音消失时间、痉咳缓解时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗过程中,试验组总不良反应发生率为4.08%,对照组为6.12%,两组总不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德混悬液联合硫酸特布他林雾化液氧气雾化能够缩短百日咳患儿住院时间,加速康复进程,疗效显著,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline sulfate atomized liquid oxygen atomization in children with whooping cough.Methods A total of 98 children with whooping cough admitted in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the experimental group(n=49)and the control group(n=49)by random number table.The control group was given budesonide suspension for inhalation oxygen atomized inhalation therapy, the test group was given terbutaline sulphate solution for nebulization oxygen atomized inhalation therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 week.The clinical efficacy, disappearance time of pulmonary rales, relief time of spasm, hospitalization time, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared.Results After 1 week of treatment, the total effective rate of the test group(95.92%)was higher than the total effective rate of the control group(81.63%)(P<0.05);The lung rale disappearance time, spasm relief time, and hospital stay in the test group were all shorter than the control group(P<0.05);During the treatment process, the total adverse reaction rate in the test group was 4.08%,and the control group was 6.12%.There was no difference in the total adverse reaction rate between the two groups.It is statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The budesonide suspension for inhalation combined with terbutaline sulphate solution for nebulization oxygen atomization can shorten the hospitalization time of children with whooping cough, accelerate the recovery process, and have a significant effect without increasing adverse reactions.
