半夏泻心汤加减方辅助治疗根除幽门螺杆菌失败的慢性胃炎(寒热错杂型)患者的效果及其对血清胃蛋白酶原水平的影响

Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on eradicating helicobacter pylori in patients with chronic gastritis(mixed type of cold and heat)and its influence on serum pepsinogen level

目的探讨半夏泻心汤加减方辅助治疗根除幽门螺杆菌失败的慢性胃炎(寒热错杂型)患者的效果及其对血清胃蛋白酶原水平的影响。方法选取我科2018年3月至2020年3月期间97例根除幽门螺杆菌失败的慢性胃炎(寒热错杂型)患者作为研究对象,按照随机法分成两组,对照组48例给予标准四联疗法治疗,观察组49例增加半夏泻心汤加减方辅助治疗,14天后对比两组临床疗效、中医症状评分、血清胃蛋白酶原水平。结果观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后各项中医症状积分均降低,但观察组降低幅度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后PGⅠ、PGR水平均上升,PGⅡ水平均下降,但观察组上升、下降幅度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏泻心汤加减方辅助治疗根除幽门螺杆菌失败的慢性胃炎(寒热错杂型)效果确切,能够通过消痞散结、和胃降逆、寒热平调的作用机制改善患者中医症状及血清胃蛋白酶原水平,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the eradication of helicobacter pylori failure in patients with chronic gastritis(mixed type of cold and heat)and its influence on the level of serum pepsinogen.Methods Our department during March 2018 to March 2020,97 cases of helicobacter pylori eradication failure patients with chronic gastritis(fever type mixed)as the research object, according to the method of random divided into two groups, control group 48 cases with standard quadruple therapy, observation group of 49 cases increase this decoction heart tonga subtraction adjuvant treatment, 14 days after comparing two groups of clinical curative effect, Chinese medicine symptom score, serum pepsinogen level.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were reduced, but the reduction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The two groups after treatment of PG Ⅰ,PGR levels are rising, PG Ⅱ level decreased, but the rise and decline observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Xiexin Decoction has an effective auxiliary treatment for the eradication of helicobacter pylori failure in chronic gastritis(mixed with cold and heat).It can improve the TCM symptoms and serum pepsinogen level of patients through the action mechanism of eliminating PI and dispersive knot, descending reverse of stomach and regulating cold and heat.It is worthy of clinical application.
