血清PC、hs-CRP及NT-proBNP在冠心病不同冠脉病变中的表达及临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of Serum PC,hs-CRP and NT-proBNP in Different Coronary Lesions of Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析血清血浆蛋白C(PC)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及氨基末端B型脑钠肽原(NT-proBNP)在冠心病不同冠脉病变中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2019年1月-2020年12月我院70例冠心病患者作为研究组,同期选择50例于医院体检的健康人群作为对照组。对两组进行血清PC、hs-CRP及NT-proBNP检测并比较;对研究组进行冠脉造影,比较不同类型、不同冠脉病变支数患者血清水平。结果研究组PC水平低于对照组(P<0.05),hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。稳定型心绞痛患者PC水平高于不稳定型心绞痛、心肌梗死患者(P<0.05),hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平低于两者(P<0.05)。随着冠脉病变支数增加,患者血清PC水平降低,hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者体内血清PC呈低表达,hs-CRP、NT-proBNP呈高表达,血清指标水平能判断冠心病不同冠脉病变程度,可作为评估冠心病严重程度的辅助指标,对临床治疗有一定参考价值。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum plasma protein C(PC),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in different coronary lesions of coronary heart disease.Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease(study group)and 50 healthy individuals(control group)in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled.Serum PC,hs-CRP and NT-proBNP were detected and compared in the two groups;Coronary angiography was performed in study group.The serum levels of the three indexes were compared among patients with different types and number of diseased coronary vessels.Results PC level of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),and the levels of hs-CRP and NT-proBNP were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).PC level of patients with stable angina pectoris was higher than that of patients with unstable angina pectoris and myocardial infarction(P<0.05),and the levels of hs-CRP and NT-proBNP were lower than those of the patients(P<0.05).With the increase in the number of coronary lesions, the serum PC level of patients decreased, and the levels of hs-CRP and NT-proBNP increased(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with coronary heart disease, the serum PC is down-regulated, HS-CRP,NT-probNP is up-regulated;moreover, serum index can judge the severity of coronary artery lesions, which has a certain reference value for clinical treatment.
