加减小青龙汤治疗老年AECOPD(外寒内饮证)患者对肺功能指标、气道炎症水平的影响 被引量:3

Effect of modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction on lung function and airway inflammation in elderly patients with AECOPD

摘要 目的探讨加减小青龙汤治疗老年AECOPD(外寒内饮证)患者对肺功能指标、气道炎症水平的影响。方法选取我科2017年10月至2019年10月期间129例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)外寒内饮证患者作为研究对象,按照随机法分成两组,对照组64例给予西医基础治疗,观察组65例增加加减小青龙汤治疗,12周后观察两组临床疗效、肺功能指标、气道炎症指标水平。结果观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后各项肺功能指标均有改善,但观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清中IL-23、G-CSF、IGF-I水平均降低,但观察组降低幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加减小青龙汤辅助治疗老年AECOPD外寒内饮证效果确切,能够通过温中化痰、宣肺平喘等的作用机制,改善患者肺功能和炎症因子水平。 Objective To investigate the effect of jiaxiaoqinglong Decoction on lung function and airway inflammation in elderly patients with AECOPD.Methods From October 2017 to October 2019,129 elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)of waihan neiyin syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, 64 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine, After 12 weeks, the clinical efficacy, lung function index and airway inflammation index of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were improved after treatment, but the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the serum levels of IL-23,G-CSF and IGF-I of the two groups were decreased after treatment, but the decrease range of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoqinglong decoction can improve the lung function and inflammatory factors of elderly patients with AECOPD by warming the middle and resolving phlegm, dispersing the lung and relieving asthma.
