急性胸腹部创伤患者临床诊断中多层螺旋CT的应用及临床意义分析

Application and Clinical Significance of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Clinical Diagnosis of Acute Thoracic and Abdominal Trauma

目的:探讨急性胸腹部创伤患者临床诊断中多层螺旋CT的应用及临床意义。方法:选取2017年4月-2020年4月我院收治的62例急性胸腹部创伤患者,分别对患者进行X线与CT诊断,将病理结果作为金标准,将诊断结果与病理诊断相比较,分析2种诊断方法诊断准确率、成片质量,评价诊断价值。结果:与X线诊断比较,CT诊断准确率更高,且与病理诊断结果高度相符(P<0.05);与X线诊断比较,CT诊断2级与1级成片率更高,3级成片率更低(P<0.05);与X线诊断比较,CT诊断腹部及胸部图像质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论:对急性胸腹部创伤患者应用多层螺旋CT诊断,3级成片率较低,诊断准确率高,与病理诊断结果高度相符,成像质量高,有利于治疗方案制定,可进一步提高治疗有效率,临床应用价值高。因此,多层螺旋CT诊:断可在急性胸腹部创伤临床诊断中广泛应用。

Objective:To investigate the application and clinical significance of multi-slice spiral CT in the clinical diagnosis of acute thoraeic and abdominal trauma.Methods:62 patients with acute thoracoabdominal trauma admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to A-pril 2020 were selected for X-ray and CT diagnosis respectively.The pathological results were taken as the gold standard.The diagnostic results were compared with pathological diagnosis,and the diagnostic accuracy,film quality and diagnostic value were analyzed.Results:Compared with X-ray diagnosis,CT diagnosis accuracy was higher,and it was highly consistent with pathological diagnosis(P<0.05);compared with X-ray diagnosis,CT diagnosis of grade 2 and grade 1 film rate was higher,grade 3 film rate was lower(P<0.05);com-pared with X-ray diagnosis,CT diagnosis of abdominal and chest image quality score was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion;The applica-tion of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute thoracoabdominal trauma patients,the 3-level flm rate is low,the diagnosis accu-racy is high,and it is highly consistent with the pathological diagnosis results,and the imaging quality is high,which is conducive to the formulation of treatment plan,can further improve the treatment efficiency and has high clinical application value.Therefore,multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis can be widely used in the clinical diagnosis of acute thoracic and abdominal trauma.
