老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理中健康教育的应用

Application of Health Education in Nursing Care of Senile Osteoporotic Hip Fracture

目的:研究老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理中健康教育的应用。方法:选取我院2020年1月-2020年10月收治的老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者107例,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别为54例、53例,观察组采取健康教育,对照组采取常规护理,观察并比较2组患者的并发症情况、Barthel评分、Harris评分、SF-36评分。结果:观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后的Barthel评分.Harris评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后的SF-36评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者采取健康教育,能够减少并发症,促进髋关节功能的恢复,提高患者的生活自理能力,缓解精神压力,改善生活质量。

Objective:To study the application of health education in the nursing of senile osteoporotic hip fracture.Methods:107 elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 54 cases and 53 cases respectively.The study group was given health education,while the control group was given routine nursing.The complications,Barthel score,Harris score and SF-36 score of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the Barthel score and Harris score of the study group after nursing were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the SF-36 score of the study group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education for elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture can reduce complications,promote the recovery of hip joint function,improve the self-care ability of patients,relieve mental pressure and improve the quality of life.
