老年拇外翻患者围术期优质护理的效果研究

Study on the Effect of High Quality Nursing on Senile Hallux Valgus Patients in Perioperative Period

目的:探究对围术期老年拇外翻患者施行优质护理的效果。方法:随机将2018年3月-2020年3月我院46例围术期老年拇外翻患者分为对照组(23例,施行常规护理)、观察组(23例,施行优质护理)。均随访3个月,对比2组治疗优良率、并发症发生率、拇趾-跖趾关节功能评分、拇外翻角。结果:观察组治疗优良率为100.00%,高于对照组的86.96%,但对比无显著差异,P>0.05;观察组护理后拇趾-跖趾关节功能评分较对照组更高,拇外翻角较对照组更低,t值分别为4.073.6.216,P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率为4.35%,低于对照组的30.43%,x^(2)为5.447,P<0.05。结论:对围术期老年拇外翻患者施行优质护理有助于减少并发症发生,增强疗效。

Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing on elderly patients with hallux valgus in perioperative period.Methods:46 cases of senile hallux valgus in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group(23 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(23 cases,high quality nursing).All patients were followed up for 3 months.The excellent and good rate,complication rate,hallux metatarsophalangeal joint function score and hallux valgus angle were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of the observation group(100.00%)was slightly higher than that of the control group(86.96%),but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);after nursing,the function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the hallux valgus angle was lower than that of the control group(t=4.073,6.216,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group(4.35%)was lower than that in the control group(30.43%),x^(2) was 5.447,P V 0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing care for elderly patients with hallux valgus during perioperative period is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications and enhance the curative effect.
