摘要
为提高现有负载型NiMoS催化剂的加氢活性,以碳纳米管为结构导向剂,分别采用浸渍法和溶胶-凝胶法制备了2种一维TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)载体,并采用共浸渍法制备了相应的负载型NiMoS催化剂,探究了不同结构的载体对NiMoS/TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂加氢脱氮性能的影响。结果表明,当选择以溶胶-凝胶法制备的一维TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)为载体时,NiMoS/TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂上的加氢脱氮活性较高,在350℃、氢压为3 MPa、转速为400 r/min的条件下反应4 h,喹啉的转化率达到99%以上,脱氮率达到40.75%。
Using carbon nanotubes as structure directing agent,two kinds of one-dimensional TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) supports are prepared by impregnation method and sol-gel method,respectively.The correspondingly supported NiMoS catalysts are also prepared by co-impregnation method.The influence of different supports on the performance of NiMoS/TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) catalysts in hydro-denitrification is studied.It is shown that NiMoS/TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst supported by one-dimensional TiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) support that is prepared by sol-gel method exhibits higher activity for hydro-denitrification of quinoline,over which the conversion of quinoline exceeds 99%,and 40.75%of nitrogen has been removed after the reaction has performed for 4 h at 350℃,3 MPa and a rotation speed of 400 r·min^(-1).
