补肾促排方联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢排卵障碍性不孕的疗效研究

Effect of Bushen Cupai Recipe combined with letrozole in the treatment of infertility due to polycystic ovary ovulation

目的探讨联用补肾促排方和来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢排卵障碍障碍性不孕症的疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年12月至2020年8月本院收治的105例PCOS排卵障碍性不孕患者的临床资料,根据患者治疗方法分为A组(补肾促排方治疗)、B组(来曲唑治疗)、C组(联合治疗)。于治疗前后B超检测患者子宫内膜厚度和卵泡成熟情况,检测血清雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和睾酮(T)水平。统计治疗总有效率和不良反应发生情况。结果C组总有效率(88.57%)高于A组(68.57%)和B组(65.71%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组患者子宫内膜厚度和成熟卵泡个数均上升,血清E2、LH、FSH和T水平均降低,其中,C组子宫内膜厚度和成熟卵泡个数均高于A组和B组,血清E2、LH、FSH和T水平均低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。三组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联用补肾促排方和来曲唑治疗PCOS排卵障碍性不孕症,可改善血清生殖激素水平,并不会提高不良反应的发生率,临床效果较好。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Bushen Cupai combined with Letrozole in the treatment of polycystic ovary ovulatory dysfunction and obstructive infertility.Methods:The clinical data of 105 patients with PCOS ovulatory dysfunction infertility admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into group A(Recipe treatment),Group B(letrozole treatment)and group C(combined treatment).Endometrial thickness and follicular maturation were detected by B-ultrasonography before and after treatment,and serum levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and testosterone(T)were detected.The total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were calculated.Results:The total effective rate of group C(88.57%)was higher than that of group A(68.57%)and group B(65.71%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and the number of mature follicles in 3 groups were increased,and the levels of E2,LH,FSH and T in serum were decreased.The endometrial thickness and the number of mature follicles in group C were higher than those in group A and GROUP B,and the levels of E2,LH,FSH and T in serum were lower than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions among 3 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Recipe and letrozole in the treatment of PCOS ovulatory dysfunction infertility can improve the serum reproductive hormone level without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,and the clinical effect is good.
