中医综合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效评价分析

Evaluation and analysis of clinical curative effect of TCM comprehensive treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的分析中医综合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选择于本院进行治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者80例,随机将其分为观察组及对照组,各40例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予中医综合治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,P<0.05。观察组不良反应发生率7.5%,低于对照组的20.0%,P<0.05。治疗后观察组疼痛、带下异常、月经异常的症候积分均低于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论采用中医综合治疗慢性盆腔炎,可有效改善患者临床症状,减少不良反应发生,提高治愈率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of TCM comprehensive treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine treatment,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment,compare the effect of the two groups of patients after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 95.0%,higher than that of control group 80.0%,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.5%,lower than that in the control group(20.0%),P<0.05.After treatment,the scores of symptoms of pain,abnormal subband and abnormal menstruation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by TCM can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the cure rate.
