脂肪非典型钙黏蛋白4及O型蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶受体与胃癌预后的关系研究

Relationship of FAT atypical cadherin 4 and protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type O with prognosis of gastric cancer

目的分析脂肪非典型钙黏蛋白4(FAT4)及O型蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶受体(PTPRO)与胃癌预后的关系。方法收集112例胃癌患者的胃癌组织及正常胃组织(距肿瘤≥5 cm),对比不同组织中FAT4及PTPRO表达情况,分析影响胃癌预后的危险因素。结果正常胃组织中FAT4及PTPRO阳性表达率均高于胃癌组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。预后良好与预后不良患者TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移情况、FAT4表达情况、PTPRO表达情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。非条件多因素Logistic回归模型分析显示,TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、分化程度为低分化、淋巴结转移、FAT4阴性、PTPRO阴性均是胃癌患者预后不良的独立危险因素(P﹤0.05)。结论FAT4、PTPRO在胃癌组织中表达下调,为影响预后的独立危险因素,与预后密切相关。

Objective To analyze the relationship of FAT atypical cadherin 4(FAT4) and protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type O(PTPRO) with prognosis of gastric cancer. Method Gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric tissues(≥5 cm adjacent to the cancer) of 112 patients with gastric cancer were collected;the expressions of FAT4 and PTPRO in different tissues were compared, and the risk factors affecting the prognosis of gastric cancer were analyzed. Result The positive rates of FAT4 and PTPRO in normal gastric tissues were significantly higher than those of the gastric cancer tissues(P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences of TNM staging, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis, FAT4 and PTPRO expression in good prognosis versus poor prognosis patients(P<0.05). Unconditional multivariate Logistic regression model showed Ⅲ-Ⅳ TNM stages, low differentiation, lymph node metastasis, negative FAT4 and negative PTPRO were independent risk factors of poor prognosis for patients with gastric cancer(P<0.05). Conclusion FAT4 and PTPRO are down-regulated in gastric cancer tissues, which are independent risk factors that affect the prognosis and are closely related to the prognosis.
