摘要 阐述新型铁路AX型信号继电器工作原理及结构特点,建立接点系统机械反力力学计算模型。通过SolidWorks软件建立继电器三维模型,提出基于Abaqus的新型信号继电器建模与仿真,对继电器有限元分析中单元类型选取、网格划分技术、边界条件定义、整机建模方法及参数设置进行深入研究。通过Abaqus对新型信号继电器的吸合与释放运动过程仿真,分析继电器机械特性指标。结合计算、仿真及实测三方对比,证明该建模方法能准确分析继电器机械特性,可为新型铁路信号继电器设计提供依据。 The working principle and structural characteristics of the new railway AX signal relay are described,and the mechanical counter-force calculation model of the contact system is established. A three-dimensional relay model is established via SolidWorks software, a new signal relay modeling and simulation based on Abaqus is proposed, and in-depth research is carried out on the unit type selection, grid division technology,boundary condition definition, complete machine modeling method and parameter setting in the finite element analysis of the relay. The operating and release motion process of the new signal relay is simulated via Abaqus to analyze the mechanical characteristic indicators of the relay. Through comparison of calculation, simulation and actual measurement, it is proved that the mechanical characteristics of the relay can be accurately analyzed with the modeling method, which can provide a basis for the design of new railway signal relay.
