国家工程研究中心(国家工程实验室)是国家科技创新基地体系的重要组成部分。按照国家科技创新基地优化整合有关部署要求,国家发展和改革委员会研究完善国家工程研究中心建设运行管理体系,组织对现有国家工程研究中心(国家工程实验室)进行优化整合,统一纳入国家工程研究中心新序列管理。介绍国家工程研究中心最新管理模式和优化整合工作进展情况,重点分析纳入新序列的国家工程研究中心体系和布局分布,并对下阶段推动国家工程研究中心持续健康发展提出建议。

The National Engineering Research Center(National Engineering Laboratory) is an important part of the national science and technology innovation base system. According to the relevant deployment and requirements for optimized integration of the national science and technology innovation base, the National Development and Reform Commission studies and improves the construction and operation management system of the National Engineering Research Center, organizes the optimized integration of the existing National Engineering Research Center(National Engineering Laboratory), and uniformly incorporates it into the new management sequence of the National Engineering Research Center. This paper introduces the latest management mode of the National Engineering Research Center and the progress of optimized integration,focuses on analyzing the system and layout distribution of the National Engineering Research Center, which is incorporated into the new sequence, and proposes suggestions for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the National Engineering Research Center in the next stage.
