静脉肾盂造影致心脏骤停患者的急救效果观察

Observation on the first aid effect of cardiac arrest caused by intravenous pyelogram

目的探讨静脉肾盂造影致心脏骤停患者的急救效果。方法5例静脉肾盂造影致心脏骤停患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。对患者迅速建立人工、进而自主有效循环和呼吸复苏措施,观察记录抢救效果及并发症发生情况。结果5例患者全部抢救成功,抢救成功率为100.00%。复苏成功后患者均未出现严重并发症。结论针对静脉肾盂造影致心脏骤停患者采取有效的复苏措施,可提高心肺复苏有效率和抢救成功率,降低复苏后并发症发生,从而挽救患者的生命,值得在临床进行推广。

Objective To discuss the first aid effect of cardiac arrest caused by intravenous pyelogram.Methods The clinical data of 5 patients with cardiac arrest caused by intravenous pyelography were retrospectively analyzed.The patient was rapidly established artificially,and then autonomously effective circulatory and respiratory resuscitation measures,and the rescue effect and complications were observed and recorded.Results All 5 patients were successfully rescued,and the rescue success rate was 100.00%.No serious complications occurred after successful resuscitation.Conclusion Effective resuscitation measures for patients with cardiac arrest caused by intravenous pyelography can improve the efficiency and success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,reduce the occurrence of post-resuscitation complications,thereby saving the lives of patients,which is worth promoting in the clinic.
