口腔修复中应用二氧化锆修复体对边缘密合性及口腔功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究口腔修复中应用二氧化锆修复体对边缘密合性及口腔功能的影响。方法68例进行口腔修复的患者,以单双数字表法分为A组与B组,各34例。A组采用镍铬合金修复体,B组采用二氧化锆修复体。比较两组修复效果、修复前后口腔功能。结果A组边缘密合性良好22例、占比64.7%(22/34),修复体崩瓷5例、占比14.7%(5/34),修复体折断7例、占比20.6%(7/34)。B组边缘密合性良好34例、占比100.0%(34/34),无修复体崩瓷、折断情况发生。B组边缘密合性良好率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.571,P<0.05)。修复后,B组咀嚼效率(85.11±1.52)%、咬合力(146.24±15.45)lbs均高于A组的(83.41±1.15)%、(97.55±10.14)lbs,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔修复中应用二氧化锆修复体,不易被腐蚀、变色及折断,修复感观佳,能够弥补传统修复的不足,具有较高的机械性能且兼容性能良好,可有效地提升边缘密合性,同时改善患者的咀嚼力以及咬合力等口腔功能,进而提高了患者生活质量,提倡临床进一步应用。 Objective To study the effect of zirconia restorations on marginal adaptation and oral function in prosthodontics.Methods A total of 68 patients with prosthodontics were divided into group A and group B by single and double digit table method,with 34 cases in each group.Group A used nickel-chromium alloy restorations,and group B used zirconia restorations.The restoration effect and oral function before and after restoration were compared between the two groups.Results In group A,there were 22 cases with good marginal adaption,accounting for 64.7%(22/34),5 cases with chipped restorations,accounting for 14.7%(5/34),and 7 cases with fractured restorations,accounting for 20.6%(7/34).In group B,there were 34 cases with good marginal density,accounting for 100.0%(34/34),and no cases of chipped or broken restorations.The excellent rate of marginal adaption in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.571,P<0.05).After restoration,the masticatory efficiency(85.11±1.52)%and occlusal force(146.24±15.45)lbs in group B were higher than(83.41±1.15)%and(97.55±10.14)lbs in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In dental restoration,zirconia restorations is not easy to be corroded,discolored and broken,that is,the sense of restoration is good,which can make up for the shortcomings of traditional restoration.It has high mechanical properties and good compatibility,which can effectively improve the marginal adaption,improve the chewing force,bite force and quality of life of patients.It is recommended for further clinical application.
