甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的价值 被引量:5

The value of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的针对甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的价值开展深入分析。方法60例2型糖尿病患者,遵从“乱数表法”分配原则分为参照组和研究组,每组30例。研究组给予甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,参照组给予预混胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗。比较两组的餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平。结果治疗后,研究组患者餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平分别为(10.02±2.06)mmol/L、(7.23±1.25)mmol/L、(5.36±1.39)%,均低于参照组的(12.35±1.56)mmol/L、(9.25±1.06)mmol/L、(8.75±1.06)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者行甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗可以明显稳定患者的血糖情况,维持不同时刻血糖均处于一个较为稳定的状态。 Objective To analyze the value of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into reference group and research group according to distribution principle of"random number table",with 30 cases in each group.The research group was treated with insulin glargine in combination with repaglinide,and the control group was treated with premixed insulin in combination with repaglinide.The levels of 2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of 2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the research group were(10.02±2.06)mmol/L,(7.23±1.25)mmol/L,and(5.36±1.39)%,which were lower than(12.35±1.56)mmol/L,(9.25±1.06)mmol/L,and(8.75±1.06)%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus can obviously stabilize the blood glucose level of patients and maintain a relatively stable blood glucose at different time points.
