加快实现齐齐哈尔市农业社会化服务对策及建议

新形势下,党和国家各省市依据中央的方针和政策,充分地结合各省市的实际情况,坚持现代农业发展方向,以满足农业生产为目的,积极推进农业社会化服务建设。农业社会化服务建设是推进农业现代化、衡量农业商品化的重要指标,也是进一步提升农业竞争力和农业效率的关键所在。文章在阐述2021年齐齐哈尔市在农业社会化服务建设层面取得的成绩基础上,结合当前存在的问题,提出从创新工作方法、引进知名企业、签订销售订单、研究服务模式以及推进大数据及人工智能等方面助力农业社会化服务建设等建议,以期可以更好地推动齐齐哈尔市农业社会化服务的不断完善。

On the basis of expounding the achievements made in the construction of agricultural socialized service in Qiqihar in 2021, combine the existing problems, this paper gives suggestions on innovating working methods, introducing well-known enterprises, and signing sales orders, studies service models and suggests on promoting big data and artificial intelligence to promote the construction of agricultural socialized services, in order to better promote the continuous improvement of social service of agriculture in Qiqihar.
