涉农类专业实践教学体系对职业能力培养的影响及其改革途径探讨

实践教学体系对于涉农类专业的人才培养,特别是职业能力的培养至关重要。随着中国农业由“农业2.0时代”向“农业3.0时代”的转变,涉农类专业实践教学体系亦需要不断改革,方能与时俱进,适应新农科人才培养的需要,培养具有职业能力的农科人才。文章将从涉农类专业学生职业能力培养的重要性、涉农类专业实践教学体系对职业能力培养的影响以及基于职业能力培养的涉农类专业实践教学体系的改革途径等3个方面,来进行分析和探讨,以期为涉农类专业实践教学体系改革提供参考。

The practical teaching system is very important for the cultivation of talents of agriculture-related majors, especially for the cultivation of professional ability. With the transformation of China’s agriculture from "Agricultural 2.0 Era" to "Agricultural 3.0 Era", the practical teaching system of agriculture-related majors also needs to be constantly reformed in order to keep pace with the times and meet the needs of the training of new agricultural talents, train agricultural talents with professional ability. This paper will analyze and discuss from three aspects: the importance of the cultivation of professional ability of agriculture-related majors, the influence of the practical teaching system of agriculture-related majors on the cultivation of professional ability, and the reform of the practical teaching system of agriculture-related majors based on the cultivation of professional ability, so as to carry on the analysis and discussion, thereby provides reference for the reform of the practical teaching system of agriculture-related majors.
