党建引领乡村产业振兴的现实困境与路径探索——以秀山县为例

党的十九大提出实施乡村振兴战略的重大决策部署,是农业农村实现现代化的关键举措。民族要复兴,乡村必振兴。自乡村振兴战略实施以来,党建在振兴乡村、推进农业农村现代化进程中发挥有效、得力,是带领群众发展产业、共同致富的领导力量。通过深入秀山县乡村实地调研走访发现,有少部分乡村党建还存在一些问题,党建工作在产业振兴中未能充分发挥应有的引领作用,一定程度上影响乡村振兴的有效推进。

Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the party building has played an effective and effective role in revitalizing the countryside and promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. It is the leading force to lead the masses to develop industries and get rich together. Through the on-the-spot investigation and visit in the countryside of our county, it is found that there are still some problems in the party building in a small number of villages, and the Party building work has not fully played its due leading role in the industrial revitalization, which has affected the effective promotion of the rural revitalization to a certain extent.
