血清25-羟基维生素D水平与勃起功能障碍严重程度的相关性研究

Correlation between serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D and the severity of erectile dysfunction

目的分析血清25-羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]水平与勃起功能障碍(ED)严重程度的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月丽水市人民医院收治的572例ED患者作为研究对象,按照严重程度将国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)得分为12~21分的221例患者纳入轻度组,8~11分的245例患者纳入中度组,≤7分的106例患者纳入重度组。采用Logistic回归分析血清25(OH)D水平与ED严重程度的关系,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线确定其预测中重度ED的临界值。结果Logistic回归分析结果显示,在控制其他影响因素后,血清25(OH)D>30ng/mL仍为ED严重程度的保护性因素;血清25(OH)D预测中重度ED的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.797,取截断点为26.30ng/mL时,灵敏度为84.40%,特异度为67.50%。结论血清25(OH)D与ED严重程度有关,建议将26.30ng/mL作为ED治疗的临界值。

Objective To analyze the correlation between serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D[25(OH)D]and the severity of erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods 572 ED patients admitted to People′s Hospital of Lishui from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.221 patients with international erectile function index(IIEF-5)score of 12-21 were included in the mild group,245 patients with IIEF-5 score of 8-11 in the moderate group,106 patients with score≤7 in the severe group.The relationship between serum 25(OH)D level and ED severity was analyzed by Logistic regression,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to determine the critical value for predicting moderate to severe ED.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that after controlling for other influencing factors,serum 25(OH)D>30ng/mL was still a protective factor for ED severity.The area under curve(AUC)of serum 25(OH)D for predicting moderate and severe ED was 0.797.When the cut-off point was 26.30ng/mL,the sensitivity and specificity were 84.40%and 67.50%,respectively.Conclusions Serum 25(OH)D is related to the severity of ED,It is recommended that 26.30ng/mL be used as the cut-off value for the treatment of ED.
