医院感染零宽容理念对肾结石患者护理体验及术后感染与护患关系的影响分析

Influence of zero-tolerance concept of nosocomial infection on nursing experience of patients with kidney stones and the relationship between postoperative infection and nurse-patient

目的分析医院感染零宽容理念对肾结石患者护理体验及术后感染与护患关系的影响效果。方法选取2018年11月至2021年11月于连云港市赣榆瑞慈医院行手术治疗的100例肾结石患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法平均分为两组各50例。对照组实施传统护理模式,观察组在传统护理模式中运用医院感染零宽容理念,比较两组术后感染总发生率、护理总满意率、护理体验评分(规章制度、护理操作流程、应急预案、院感防控)差异。结果护理前两组患者的护理体验评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组护理体验评分均高于护理前,且观察组的护理体验评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后感染总发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的10.00%,护理总满意率为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院感染零宽容理念能够提高肾结石患者术后护理体验、改善护患关系并降低术后并发症总发生率,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of zero-tolerance concept of nosocomial infection on the nursing experience of patients with kidney stones and the relationship between postoperative infection and nurse-patient.Methods:A total of 100 patients with renal calculi who underwent surgical treatment in Lianyungang GanyuRuici Hospital from November 2018 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group implemented the traditional nursing model,and the observation group applied the concept of zero tolerance of hospital infection in the traditional nursing model,and the total incidence of postoperative infection,the total nursing satisfaction rate,and nursing experience scores(rules and regulations,nursing operation procedures,emergency plans,Hospital infection prevention and control)were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the nursing experience scores of the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the nursing experience scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the nursing experience scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.Statistical significance(P<0.05);the total incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 10.00%in the control group,and the total nursing satisfaction rate was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of zero-tolerance for nosocomial infection can improve the postoperative nursing experience,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and reduce the total incidence of postoperative complications in patients with kidney stones,which is worthy of application.
