血管内皮细胞生长因子受体1在心肌缺血/再灌注损伤中保护作用的研究进展

Research progress in the protective effect of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1 on cardiac ischemia/reperfusion injury

血管内皮细胞生长因子受体1(VEGFR1)是一种跨膜转运受体,主要与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)家族细胞因子的分泌相关,在血管形成、血管内皮细胞迁移等多种生命基础活动中都发挥着重要作用。在心肌缺血/再灌注损伤时,VEGFR1可通过调节氧化应激、抑制心肌细胞凋亡、促进血管再生等方式减轻损伤。该文阐述VEGFR1在心肌缺血/再灌注损伤中的保护作用,以期待未来更合理地将VEGFR1这一靶点在临床上应用于心肌缺血的患者,获得更好的治疗效果。

Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1(VEGFR1)is a transmembrane transport receptor,which is mainly related to the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)family cytokines,and plays an important role in the formation of blood vessels,vascular endothelial cell migration and other basic life activities.In case of cardiac ischemia/reperfusion injury,VEGFR1 can alleviate the injury by regulating oxidative stress,inhibiting cardiomyocyte apoptosis and promoting vascular regeneration.This paper expounds the protective effect of VEGFR1 on cardiac ischemia/reperfusion injury,in order to look forward to a more reasonable clinical application of VEGFR1 as a target in patients with myocardial ischemia in the future and achieve better therapeutic effect.
