摘要
对常用的13种铁矿粉进行了同化性、液相流动性和粘结相强度等高温基础性能研究,并分析讨论了化学成分等对其高温基础性能的影响。结果表明,铁矿粉的同化性与成分SiO_(2)和MgO含量有关,铁矿粉的液相流动性和粘结相强度与成分SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3)含量相关,铁矿粉高温基础特性的研究可为后续烧结优化配矿提供借鉴。
The high temperature basic properties such as assimilation,liquid phase fluidity and binder phase strength were studied on 13 common iron ore powders,and the effects of chemical composition on their high temperature basic properties were analyzed and discussed.The results show that the assimilation of iron ore powder is related to the content of SiO_(2) and MgO,and the liquid phase fluidity and binder phase strength of iron ore powder are related to the content of SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3).The research on the basic characteristics of iron ore powder at high temperature can provide reference for the subsequent sintering and optimization of ore blending.
