摘要
庙沟铁矿机械防护与能源隔离的目标是减少岗位人员与运转设备直接接触的机会,有效避免安全事故发生,进入作业现场的职工能够通过悬挂在现场的《机械防护示意图》和《电气能源隔离示意图》,很清楚的了解自己即将进入场所的每个位置的风险分布,每个岗位作业区域可能存在的风险,做到防患于未然。检维修人员根据《庙沟铁矿机械防护与能源隔离管理制度》,按照对应要检修设备的管控措施,挂牌上锁,防止设备误操作等。通过此次机械防护与能源隔离项目建设,达到安全生产,实现零事故、零伤亡、零受伤的目的。
The goal of mechanical protection and energy isolation in Miaogou Iron Mine is to reduce the chance of direct contact between post personnel and operating equipment,and to effectively avoid safety accidents.Employees who enter the working site can clearly understand the risk distribution of each position of the site they are about to enter,and the possible risks in the operation area of each post through Schematic Diagram of Mechanical Protection and Schematic Diagram of Electrical Energy Isolation hung at the site.Do it before it happens.According to Mechanical Protection and Energy Isolation Management System of Miaogou Iron Mine,the inspection and maintenance personnel are listed and locked in accordance with the control measures corresponding to the equipment to be repaired to prevent the misoperation of the equipment.Through the construction of this mechanical protection and energy isolation project,achieve safe production and realize the goal of zero accidents,zero casualties,and zero injuries.
