基于NSGA-Ⅲ的黄河上游梯级水库多目标调度研究 被引量:4

摘要 为适应梯级水库群高维多目标模型求解需要,引入第三代非支配遗传算法。以黄河上游梯级水库群为研究对象,综合考虑防洪、防凌、供水、发电、生态等调度任务,建立了发电-供水多目标模型。选择典型枯水年径流资料开展多目标模型优化计算,结果表明该算法可有效解决梯级水库群高维多目标模型计算问题。基于多目标解集分析黄河上游多用户需水关系,发现发电与供水矛盾突出,且主要集中在汛期和防凌期,同时确保生态基流也会对供水产生较大影响。 In order to meet the needs of solving high⁃dimensional multi⁃objective models of cascade reservoirs,the third⁃generation non⁃domi⁃nant genetic algorithm was introduced.Taking the cascade reservoirs in the upper reaches of the Yellow River as a research object,compre⁃hensively considering the dispatching tasks of flood control,ice⁃run control,water supply,power generation and ecology,a power generation⁃water supply multi⁃objective model was established.It selected the runoff data of typical dry years to carry out the optimization calculation of the multi⁃objective model.The results show that the algorithm can effectively solve the calculation issue of the high⁃dimensional multi⁃objec⁃tive model of the cascade reservoir group.Based on the analysis of multi⁃objective solution set,the relationship between the water demand of multiple users in the upper reaches of the Yellow River is found,and it is found out that the contradiction between power generation and water supply is prominent,and it is mainly concentrated in the flood season and ice⁃run control period.
