The Origin and Development of Shanghai Local Standardization Guidance Technical Documents--From the Perspective of Institutional Innovation Theory

基于经济社会发展的需求,上海市在全国最先实行地方标准化指导性技术文件制度,这是上海市作为改革开放的排头兵和创新发展的先行者在制度创新方面的探索和突破。论文以制度创新理论为视角,结合上海市地方标准化指导性技术文件的实施情况,研究上海市地方标准化指导性技术文件制度创新的动力和影响因素,进一步探索地方标准化指导性技术文件制度创新的路径与发展趋势。

Based on the demand of economic and social development,Shanghai first implements the local standardized guiding technical document institution in China.This is the exploration and breakthrough of Shanghai as the forerunner of reform and opening-up and the pacesetter of innovation-driven development.Combining with the implementation of Shanghai local standardization guidance technical documents,this paper studies the driving force and influencing factors of Shanghai local standardization guidance technical documents institutional innovation from the perspective of the theory of institutional innovation,and further explores the path and development trend of institutional innovation.
