火炮身管内膛表面疵病检测系统的设计与研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了评估火炮在使用中的可靠性,设计了一种针对滑膛炮身管内膛表面疵病的检测系统,通过激光位移检测技术实现疵病的宽度、深度和轴向位置的同时检测。系统设计行走机构携带激光位移传感器进入身管内膛,利用传感器对疵病位置表面扫描并采集该位置的位移数据,对采集到的位移数据进行处理和分析,实现疵病位置内膛表面轮廓构建,根据行走机构的设计尺寸分析和疵病深度、宽度的测量,根据传感器的轴向位置实现疵病轴向位置的精确测量。实验表明:检测系统设计完整,能够有效地完成身管内膛疵病检测工作,具有重要的工程实用价值。 The inspection of the smoothbore guns surface of the artillery barrel that has been used for a long time can evaluate the reliability of the artillery.A detection system for the surface defects of the gun barrel was designed,and the width,depth and axial position of the defects can be detected simultaneously through laser displacement detection technology.The walking mechanism carries the laser displacement sensor into the bore of the barrel,uses the sensor to scan the surface of the defective position and collects displacement data of the position,and processes and analyzes the collected displacement data to realize the contour construction of the inner bore surface of the defective position.And then we analyze and calculate the depth and width of the defect according to the design size of the walking mechanism,and realize the accurate measurement of the axial position of the defect according to the axial position of the sensor.Experiments show that the design of the detection system is complete,which can effectively complete the detection of defects in the barrel and has important engineering practical value.
