摘要
运用AUTODYN软件对单一装药和不同复合装药的EFP成型过程进行了数值仿真,并对其进行了分析,分析结果表明:复合装药结构可以改变EFP的成型过程,并提高EFP的速度、长径比和密实度,并且随着L的增大,药型罩各个点的压垮速度差减小,速度达到相同的时间越来越晚,使其长径比越来越大。该研究成果为EFP复合装药技术的研究提供了参考依据。
The EFP forming process of the single charge and the different composite charges were simulated and analyzed by using AUTODYN.The results show that the composite charge structure can change the forming process of EFP,and improve the speed,the length-diameter ratio and the compactness of EFP.With the increase of L,the collapse speed of each point of the liner decreases,and the time they reach the same speed becomes longer,which makes the length-diameter ratio becomes bigger.The research results provide a basis for the research of EFP composite charge technology.
