摘要
通过多向热锻工艺制备出具有优异强度和良好塑性的超细晶层状304L不锈钢制品。在相对湿度为7.5%室温干燥条件下,研究超细晶层状304L不锈钢的摩擦性能。实验选用直径为6 mm的GCr15球与304L不锈钢板组成摩擦对磨副,利用MS-T3000摩擦磨损试验机进行摩擦试验。综合利用三维表面轮廓仪、XRD、SEM、EDS、EBSD和TEM等相关设备对磨痕表面的形貌、结构和成分进行分析。结果表明:在干燥摩擦条件下,超细晶层状304L不锈钢具有更好的耐磨性,主要因为超细晶结构具有更高的硬度,磨损机制为较为缓和的微黏着磨损和微氧化磨损机制。
Ultrafine-grained lamellar 304L stainless steel with excellent strength and good ductility was prepared by multi-directional hot forging process.The tribological properties of the ultrafine-grained lamellar 304L stainless steel under dry condition(relative humidity of 7.5%)were investigated.The GCr15 ball with diameter of 6mm was selected as a friction pair against 304L stainless steel,and the friction test was carried out on a MS-T3000 tribometer.The morphology,structure,and composition of the wear tracks were analyzed by a 3D surface profilometer,XRD,SEM,EDS,EBSD and TEM instruments.As a result,the ultrafine-grained lamellar 304L stainless steel exhibited a better wear resistance under dry friction,which was ascribed to the higher hardness and mild adhesive wear and oxidative wear behaviors.
