新形势下社区养老服务体系构建——社区医养结合型养老服务模式初探

Construction of Community Pension Service System under the New Situation——Preliminary Study on the Model of Community Medical and Old-age Care Service

目的:调查平凉市社区养老模式发展的主要形式及特点,探究社区养老模式发展的阻碍因素;提出平凉市推进社区医养结合型养老模式的建议。方法:采用随机抽样法对某社区185名60岁以上老年人(对基础设施的满意度、费用收取、提供服务等)进行调查。结果:平凉市某社区开展的实质性为老服务还相对较局限,对于满足入住老年人基本医疗护理及照料服务需求上还存在很多问题。结论:对于已有社区养老模式进行整理,可以得到有价值的分析数据,为社区老年人提供更加全面的服务活动,满足老年人各方面生活所需。

Objective To investigate the main forms and characteristics of the development of the community pension model in Pingliang,explore the obstacles to the development of the community pension model,and put forward suggestions for Pingliang city to promote the combination of community medical care pension model.Fruit with random sampling method in a community of 18160 to 1 old four people(satisfaction of infrastructure,fees,services,etc.),the courtyard,a club of material as the old service also phase column is limited,to meet the pieces of the old grass too team care and care services also has a lot of problems on demand.Conclusion Sorting out the existing community pension model can get valuable analysis data,provide more comprehensive service activities for the community elderly,and meet the needs of the elderly in all aspects of life.
