摘要 重构高中阶段学校督导评估体系是着眼新时代推动建设高质量教育体系的迫切需要。要科学把握高中阶段教育在基本理念、目标任务、政策指导、机制保障的时代特征,制定各司其职、协调运转、有效制衡的督导评估方案及相应指标体系,坚持以省定方案为统领、以市州督导部门为责任主体,注重大数据和人工智能技术的引入,鼓励第三方参与优化督导评估,并强化结果运用,以实现高中阶段教育的内涵式发展。 Reconstructing the school supervision and evaluation system at the high school level is an urgent need to promote the construction of a high-quality education system in the new era.It is necessary to scientifically grasp the new characteristics of high school education in the era of basic concepts,goals and tasks,policy guidance,and mechanism guarantees,formulate supervision and evaluation plans as well as corresponding indicator systems that perform their duties,coordinate operations,and effective checks and balances,adhere to the provincial plan as the command,take the city and state supervision departments as the main body of responsibility,and at the same time incorporate artificial intelligence evaluation methods,encourage third parties to participate in the optimization of supervision and evaluation,and strengthen the use of results to achieve the connotative development of high school education.
