资源依赖理论视角下农民合作社发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Farmers’Cooperatives from the Perspective of Resource Dependence Theory

运用资源依赖理论对农民合作社发展进行路径研究,指出农民合作社在现实中存在对于地方政府、支村两委以及龙头企业的依赖关系。提出从农民合作社自身发展与转型的内在需求来看,应当在新的背景下主动协调外部环境关系,减少依赖,最终实现高质量发展。

By studying development path of farmers’cooperatives based on the resource dependence theory,the paper points out that farmers’cooperatives rely on local government,village party branches,village committees,and the leading enterprises in reality.From the perspective of the internal needs of the development and transformation of farmers’cooperatives,farmers’cooperatives should actively coordinate the external en-vironmental relationship under the new background,reduce dependence,and finally achieve high-quality de-velopment.
