腹腔镜与宫腔镜联合诊治不孕症的效果分析

Effect analysis of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility

目的:评估双镜联合诊治不孕症的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2018年7月至2020年7月收治的60例不孕症患者的临床资料,按手术方式分为对照组(n=30)与试验组(n=30)。对照组行腹腔镜探查+输卵管通液术,试验组行腹腔镜联合宫腔镜手术。术后随访1年,比较两组临床妊娠率及性激素水平。结果:对照组妊娠率为50%,试验组为80%。术后试验组促黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素较对照组下降更明显,雌二醇水平升高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双镜联合治疗不孕症患者的临床疗效优于腹腔镜探查+输卵管通液术,可显著改善患者性激素水平,提高妊娠率。

Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of hysteroscope combined with laparoscope in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods:From Jul.2018 to Jul.2020,clinical data of 60 infertility patients were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical methods,these patients were divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30).The control group was treated with laparoscopic exploration and hydrotubation,and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic combined with hysteroscopic surgery.The two groups were followed up for 1 year to compare the clinical pregnancy rate and sex hormone levels.Results:The pregnancy rate was 50%in the control group and 80%in the experimental group.After operation,compared with the control group,luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone in experimental group decreased more obviously,the level of estradiol in experimental group increased more obviously,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of infertility is prior to laparoscopic exploration and hydrotubation.Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy can significantly improve the level of sex hormones in patients and increase the pregnancy rate.
