摘要
为提高岩巷掘进速度,紫金煤矿在6煤回风下山进行了综掘机施工的实验。在分析传统钻爆法施工存在问题的基础上,确定采用EBZ-260综掘机,建立1套以岩巷综掘机为主配套的快速掘进作业线。现场应用表明,最高日进尺达到8 m,月进尺在150 m以上,是炮掘速度的2倍,降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了安全系数,取得了较好的经济和社会效益,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
In order to improve the driving speed of rock roadway,the experiment of fully mechanized excavator construction was carried out in the return air downhill of No.6 Coal Seam of Zijin Mine.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the construction of traditional drilling and blasting method,EBZ-260 fully mechanized excavator was determined to be used,and a set of rapid tunneling operation line mainly supported by rock roadway fully mechanized excavator was established.The field application showed that the maximum daily footage reached 8 m and the monthly footage was more than 150 m,which was twice the blasting excavation speed,greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers,improved the safety factor,obtained good economic and social benefits,and had a broad prospect of popularization and application.
