摘要
为了对邢台矿的厚煤层遗弃资源进行高效回收,提高复采资源的回收率,减少出渣量,降低掘进、回采期间的生产困难,根据邢台矿原7609放顶煤工作面的放顶效果及遗留煤炭资源情况,对该范围工作面进行复采。通过研究原7609(轻放)工作面各种素描、台账,仔细分析f609-4、f609-5、f609-6断层产状、参数,并详细绘制回采期间工作面不同位置的预想剖面图,通过采取分阶段合理调整运料巷掘进期间的巷道层位措施,降低工作面内部断层给回采带来的重大影响,提高资源回收率的同时,为回采期间的资源回收和生产创造了有利条件。
In order to efficiently recover the abandoned resources of thick coal seam in Xingtai Mine,improve the recovery rate of re-mining resources,reduce the amount of slag,and reduce the production difficulties during tunneling and mining,it was re-mined in No.7609 caving face according to the caving effect and the remaining coal resources.The expected sections of different positions of the working face during the mining period were drawn in detail by studying the various sketches and ledgers of the original No.7609 face(light caving),the occurrence and parameters of No.f609-4,No.f609-5 and No.f609-6 faults.By taking the measures of adjusting the roadway horizon during the excavation of the transportation roadway in stages,the significant influence of the internal faults of the working face on the mining was reduced,and the resource recovery rate was improved.At the same time,it created favorable conditions for resource recovery and production during mining.
