煤矿矸石充填开采技术的研究与应用

Research and application of coal gangue filling mining technology

本文以邢东矿11233工作面矸石充填开采为例,对矿井开采中矸石充填的关键装备、系统以及技术方法进行综合研究与应用分析,提出矸石综合处理的可行性方式和原理,通过矸石充填开采置换出传统技术不能采出的煤炭资源,实现“三下”压煤资源的解放,提高煤炭资源开发的利用率。

Taking the 11233 working face of Xingdong Mine as an example,this paper makes a comprehensive research and application analysis on the key equipment,system and technical methods of gangue filling in mine mining,and puts forward the feasible way and principle of comprehensive treatment of gangue.Through gangue filling mining,the coal resources that cannot be mined by traditional technology are replaced,and the liberation of'three under'coal resources is realized,and the utilization rate of coal resources development is improved.
