新时代党坚持党要管党、全面从严治党取得重大成就,积累了丰富经验。这些重大成就包括构建起思想建党和制度治党同向发力的长效机制,以作风建设和纪律建设协同推动一批群众反映强烈的突出问题的有效解决,反腐败斗争取得压倒性胜利并全面巩固,根本扭转了管党治党宽松软状况,党在革命性锻造中更加坚强。坚持党的全面领导,始终发扬自我革命精神,始终把牢全面从严治党的主线逻辑、首要原则、深厚根基、重要方略、关键性举措、重要着力点,打好监督执纪问责、正风肃纪反腐的“组合拳”,把全面从严治党贯穿于党的建设各方面,确保党始终不变质、不变色、不变味,是新时代全面从严治党的基本经验。

In the new era,our Party has made major achievements and accumulated rich experience in upholding the principle that the Party should supervise itself and comprehensively govern itself with strict discipline.These major achievements include building up the long-term mechanism of coincidently exerting strength in the ideological construction of the Party and the institutional governance of the Party,the effective solution to a number of prominent problems strongly complained about by the masses under the coordinated promotion from the work style construction and discipline construction,the fighting against corruption winning a landslide victory and getting consolidated in all respects,the fundamental reversion of lenient,lax and weak governance of the Party,and the Party becoming stronger in the revolutionary forging.What constitute the basic experience of exercising comprehensive and strict governance of the Party are the following aspects,namely,upholding the overall leadership of the Party,always carrying forward the spirit of self-revolution,always holding fast to the main logic,primary principle,deep roots,significant policies,key initiatives and important point of focus on comprehensive and strict governance of the Party with strict discipline,making concerted efforts in supervision,discipline execution,accountability as well as in ethos correction,strict discipline and anti-corruption,exercising comprehensive and strict governance of the Party throughout all aspects of the Party construction,and seeing to it that the Party never changes its nature,never changes its color and never changes its taste.
