贯通与融通:高职院校实践教学模式的构建与实施 被引量:1

摘要 “纵向贯通”是将实践教学分为基本技能实训、生产性实训、实训性生产和综合顶岗实习四个贯通递进阶段;“横向融通”是通过采取教室与岗位融通、教师与师傅融通、做工与学习融通、考试与考核融通、学历与证书融通的方式,来完成实践教学项目。基于“实用有用管用”原则开发实践教学内容,融教学过程与工作过程于一体开展实践教学,建立基于能力提升的“全学程、多元化”评价体系。“纵向贯通、横向融通”实践教学模式的实施,改变了单纯知识积累的教学模式。基于“学校一切资源都是教学资源”理念开发实践教学项目,同步进行课岗融合式教学,有效地提高了人才培养质量。 “Vertical connection”means that practical teaching is divided into four progressive stages:basic skill training,production training,practical production and comprehensive post practice.“Horizontal integration”completes practice teaching projects through the integrations of classroom and post,teacher and master,working and learning,examination and assessment,and diploma and certificate.Practice teaching contents are developed based on the principle of“practical,useful and effective”.Practice teaching operation of“teaching and working”integration is conducted.Evaluation system of“full course and diversification”based on ability improvement is established.The implementation of the practice teaching mode of“vertical connection and horizontal integration”has changed the educational view of simple knowledge accumulation,developed practice teaching projects based on the idea of“all school resources are teaching resources”,and carried out class-post integrated production teaching simultaneously,which has effectively improved the quality of student cultivation.
