构建社区教育同向同行良好育人生态的实践与探索——以天津市西青区社区教育指导中心为例

Practice and Exploration of Building a Good Education Ecology of Community Education in the Same Direction--Take Xiqing Community Education Guidance Center in Tianjin as an example

在普及终身教育理念、建设学习型社会的背景下,社区教育体制机制不断完善。社区教育在加强社区管理、服务居民生活、提升居民素质、推动和谐社会建设等方面的作用越发凸显。结合天津市西青区社区思政教育工作“一平台、两课堂、三联动”的协同育人实践模式,西青区社区教育指导中心对构建社区良好育人生态环境提出新的要求。提高社区对思政教育工作的认识,强化立德树人教育观;做好顶层设计,有序有力重点推进社区思政工作;建设乡村思政课堂,与学历教育融合,助力乡村振兴和文化建设;同向同行,充分发挥各级终身学习共同体的作用,形成协同育人机制;以社区成员为主体,使社区思政工作有温度有情怀。

Under the background of the popularization of lifelong education concept and the construction of a learning society,the system and mechanism of community education have been continuously improved.Community education plays an increasingly important role in strengthening community management,serving residents’life,improving residents’quality and promoting the construction of a harmonious society.In line with the collaborative education practice mode of“one platform,two classrooms and three linkages”of ideological and political work of community education in Xiqing District of Tianjin,Xiqing Community Education Guidance Center puts forward new requirements for building a good community education ecological environment.We should improve the understanding of ideological and political work in community education,strengthen the education concept of establishing moral integrity and cultivating people,complete the top-level design,promote the community ideological and political work in an orderly and powerful way,build rural ideological and political classes and integrate it with diploma education,promote cultural construction and rural revitalization,give full play to the role of lifelong learning community at all levels in the same direction,form a mechanism of collaborative education,and give warmth and feelings to the ideological and political work of community education with community members as the main body.
