Basic Strategies for the Construction of Community Teaching Teams in Underdeveloped Areas

社区教育的高质量运行和可持续发展需要高素质、专业化的社区教育教师队伍。目前,欠发达地区的社区教育教师队伍存在总量不足、流动性大、学历层次偏低、教师的素质和能力不高等问题。有必要打造量足质优、结构合理、爱岗敬业的社区教育教师队伍,以兼职教师为主,以实用为导向,提高教师培训的实效性,优化教师的知识与能力结构,鼓励教师自学,健全社区教育制度,完善运行机制。

The high-quality operation and sustainable development of community education require high-quality and professional community teaching teams.At present,there are problems in the community teaching teams in underdeveloped areas,such as insufficient total amount,large mobility,low educational level,and low quality and ability of community teachers.To build a community teaching team with sufficient quantity and high quality,reasonable structure and devotion to teaching posts,we can start from the following five aspects:having part-time teachers as the main body and being practical-oriented,improving the effectiveness of teacher training,optimizing teachers’knowledge and ability structure,encouraging self-study and self-improvement,and improving system and mechanism.
